This fee covers the initial cost of the evaluation and our travel fee. The evaluation is limited to a max time of 1 hour on-site. The travel fee covers the 1st 40 miles from our home location. If we can resolve your issues in this 1st hour, we will.

This is the rate of all hours for repair after the unit has been properly evaluated. This hourly charge is charged as a pro-rate. Some companies charge for the whole hour, even if they were not there. Our pro-rate makes sure you do not overpay for services.
